2020

The FloorBox is very proud to launch a new version of its online store. Simple and intuitive, it meets customer needs even better and better presents the very large portfolio of brands offered, Tools & Accessories are also added to the product offer.

The navigation is also revised and makes it even more exciting to consult and improves the customer experience. Several new suppliers will be added during the year 2020, always with the objective of meeting the needs of consumers by offering them the best possible product offer on the market. We also continue to develop our Pan-Canadian logistics network to make The FloorBox experience more and more accessible!

2019

After having carefully planned their product, TheFloorBox.ca site is launched and the success is instantaneous, consumers are there. From day one a promise guides the company:

“Reinvent the way we shop for floor coverings by making it Simple and Accessible”.

It should be easy, from the comfort of your own home, to order and receive samples for free. Then choose from a wide range of quality products and have your floor coverings delivered at the best possible price, wherever you are in Canada.

2018

During a Ski trip with his longtime friend Sébastien Ball they develop the idea of creating an online business specializing in floor coverings, The FloorBox took off. The two co-founder friends of The FloorBox quickly realize that consumers needs are not being met with the current offer on the web. A limited product offer, the absence of samples as well as excessively high transport costs make the offer unattractive for the consumer.

2016

Elie Ouzilleau bought a retail store specializing in flooring in Quebec. He realizes that this market is very interesting and that consumers are constantly on the lookout for quality products at good prices. The company quickly grows and becomes a leader in its field of business.
